  在日常生活中,人们常会遇到令人不满意的情形,如所购买的商品有瑕疵、售后服务不好、旅游过程中受到不公正的待遇等。这时我们可以写投诉信以求问题得到解决。投诉信与普通书信格式一样,但要注意的是写投诉信是为了解决问题,因此写信时一定要态度诚恳、礼貌委婉。

  投诉信一般包括以下内容:

  1.自我介绍;

  2.写信的目的;

  3.投诉的原因:具体讲述不满意的地方;

  4.希望得到的结果:写投诉信的最终目的是为了解决问题,所以应提出相应的解决方案和建议性的意见;

  5.表示感谢。
