  Period 2 Reading and Vocabulary

  The General Idea of This Period

  This period will first deal with some vocabulary.Then the passage will unfold a series of body languages of different cultures before us.Through these body languages we will know something about customs in different countries and areas of the whole world as well as people living there.What's more,through the passage we may have a better understanding of culture of the whole world we live in.Meanwhile we can learn some reading strategies such as skimming and scanning.After that we will have a discussion about body language and communication skills we've learned,which is a good chance for the students to train their speaking.
