Teaching objectives:

1. To practice Listening for specific information.

2. To practice expressing opinions, agreeing and disagreeing.

3. To practice using phrasal verbs.

Teaching difficulties:

Students may be unfamiliar with some of the words in the listening material.

Teaching procedures:

Step1: Warm up and lead in:

1. Show students some pictures concerning to the famous people.

T: Look at these beautiful pictures, do you know the people in them? Some people, especially young people, want to know more private life about them, so how can they do that?

2. Give the definition of paparazzi.

They take photos of famous people's private lives.

Step2: Learn and match the new words.

T: You will hear these words in the radio programme. Try your best to guess their meanings according to the meanings of the sentences they are in. Then match these words with their definitions. (Task 1)
