　　在本结构中it是形式主语，真正的主语是后面的that从句，从句中谓语动词的形式为should do，should可以省略。

　　常见的此类过去分词有：suggested，ordered，desired，proposed，recommended，requested，required，demanded。

　　2．It is important/necessary/natural/strange/a pity/no wonder，etc.＋that sb.(should)do...

　　It is required that the students wear school uniforms at school.

　　学校要求学生在学校必须穿校服。

　　It is proposed that this matter be considered at the next meeting.

　　据提议应该在下次会议考虑这件事情。
