1) What's the best clothes store in town?

in town是一个短语，表示"在说话人所在或所指的城镇"的意思。作这一用法

时，town是不可数名词, 不与冠词连用。

2) How do you like it so far?

so far意为"迄今为止，到目前为止"，常与现在完成时连用，既可放在句首、句中，也可放在句尾。如：
