  Do you like animals? Today we are going to know more about animal facts. Then we will play an interesting game. I'd like each group make a riddle about animal and the other groups guess what are they? 请每个小组都来编写动物谜语,请其他组来猜猜它们描述的是什么动物。

设计意图:营造活跃轻松的课前气氛使学生带着积极的心态投入到学习中去,帮助学生养成用英语对话的习惯,也为下面的学习做铺垫.

Step 2: 呈现与导入

1.待学生说到单词bamboo时,教师问:What kind of animal love bamboo? 教师通过肢体语言等提示学生说出panda. 接着出示课件图引出Pandas love bamboo.并授读。接着出示该句单词卡片贴到黑板,让学生由单个到全体进行操练该句子。

   2.接着出示课件图cats, 师问生:What are they? 待生答cats后,师提示生答:They are cats. 师再问: What do they like? Guess, please! 提示生答fish 从而引出句子Cats like fish.接着出示该句子卡片贴上黑板并授读.

  3.同法引出句子Elephants like water, Snakes love the sun.并操练。

  4.待出示课件图bears后,师问:What are they?师提示生答They are bears.接着再出示另一张熊冬眠的图片,师说:Look at this picture,what is the bear doing?引导生答sleeping,从而引出句子Bears sleep in the winter.并操练. 同上方法引出句子Dogs play with children.

  5.Say a chant.为更好地加深巩固学生所学的知识,把课文句子编成a chant。如下Pandas, pandas. Pandas love bamboo.

   Cats, cats. Cats like fish.

   Snakes, snakes. Snakes love the sun

   Elephants, Elephants. Elephants like water.

Dogs, dogs. Dogs play with children.
