  The holidays can be stressful.Stress can release cortisol(皮质醇) in your body,which is one of those things that add to weight gain.That is why it is important to do things that help you beat stress during the holiday season.Take up yoga or just take some time out of every day to relax.

  Don't let the holidays interrupt your workout.

  Another great way to beat stress is to keep up your fitness routine during the holidays.Sure,the holidays are a busy time,but you just need to get creative about them.

  When you're doing your Christmas shopping power walk(暴走) through the malls and department stores,you'll get some good cardio(有氧运动) and you'll raise your heart rate,which means your brain will be triggered to release some endorphins,which are happy hormones and help lift your mood.
