Step1 Warming up

1. Greetings

2. Free talk: Do you make any new friends in the new year? Are they fat or slim? Tall or short?

Step2 Presentation

1. Show some pictures of different people to the students.

2. Ask students to say out their remarkable features.

3. Then the teacher writes the adjective words on the board.

4. Talk

Step3 New Teaching

1. Students listen to the tape and answer the follow questions:
