四.学情分析:学生是学习的主体。八年级学生的特点：学生经过两年多的系统的英语学习，具备了一定的听说基础，正逐步向读、写过渡；有了初步合作，分析归纳的能力。并处于知识积累，前后知识衔接，培养良好的学习习惯的关键时期。大部分学生对英语有一定兴趣，但由于知识的安排是由浅入深，有少数学生对这门学科产生了厌恶情绪，激发学习兴趣至关重要。

学习新单词为接下来的学习扫清障碍。然后通过听故事填序号，听故事填空，形成对整个故事的宏观印象和感知，再通过读课文回答问题从细节上来理解故事掌握知识点。

在经过听、读、回答问题后，使学生以小组为单位来完成对该故事的复述和表演，锻炼学生的合作能力和表现能力。

深入挖掘文本，让学生看完课本剧后以小组为单位进行讨论，形成对本文内容的延伸和升华，并展示更多的西方童话故事，达到对学生进行思想教育的目的。

分层作业体现出因人而异。使每个学生都有成功感。
