【句型】句中"It seemed strange that..."意为"......似乎有点儿奇怪"，that从句中的should意为"竟然"，should have done表示对过去发生的事情感到惊讶。

在以下两种句型中，主句常用虚拟语气，谓语动词用"(should＋)动词原形"。

(2) It is/was suggested/ordered/required/desired...that...
