Presentation and Consolidation

1、Let students listen to the video and answer two question:

  1)When and where was Helen born?

  2) How long did Helen live?

2、Read the text and answer:

1)How did Helen learn to read,write and speak?

2) What achievement did Helen get?

  3. T: Follow the radio to read text and focus on the pronunciation.

4. T:Read text by yourselves and try to number the pictures

  5. Ask Ss to check it and write the key words on the blackboard.

  6.Retell the story and show it in class.
