一、 教学课题

1、单词:

(1) 能够听懂、会说并认读单词list、shoe、ticket、toothbrush、airport,能听会读单词nervous

(2) 能记住会写单词shoe、ticket

2、句子

(1) 学习目标语句:Where are you going to go?

What are you going to take?

When are you going to go to the airport?

Who's going to go to the airport?

(2) 能听懂、认读以"where、what、when、who"四个单词开头的疑问句。

(3) 能够和同学用 "where、what、when、who"这四个单词开头的疑问句谈论旅行前的准备。

3、任务:询问家人或朋友外出旅行的情况。 二、 教材分析

  外研社小学五年级英语下册Module10 Unit1 Where are you going to go?

  通过本单元的学习,使学生了解如何来询问别人外出的准备情况。

  本单元的教学重难点就是目标语句Where are you going to go? What are you going to take?When are you going to go to the airport?Who's going to go to the airport?的学习和运用。

  教学准备:清单、幻灯片、单词卡、录音机、装满物品的包(内有shoes、ticket、toothbrush) 三、 教学方法

  本单元的学习相对完整,没有很琐碎的知识点。在教学中主要是运用任务型教学方法。

  首先是与学生谈论导入课题,利用实物学习本单元的生词。然后是听课文录音读课文,再听课文录音跟读课文,分角色朗读课文,最后是基于课文内容的课堂操练。 四、 教学过程

Step 1 Warming up

T:First, I want to ask you a question. Do you like travelling?

S: 学生回答

T: Well, who had travelled to some place?

S: 学生回答

T: When did you go there?

 What did you take?

 What did you do there?

(学生逐一回答后总结)I think you had a lovely time, Yes?

S: Yes!

(设计意图:通过热身把学生思维引导到本课的重点内容上来。)

Step 2 Learning new words

T: I like travelling too. This weekend, I am going to go to Qingdao. I'm going to take something to Qingdao. (出示幻灯片)

This is Qingdao. Do you like Qingdao?

S: 学生回答

T: I am going to take something to Qingdao. They are in my bag. Look, I made a list. This is a list. (出示list单词卡片) Last term, we learnt shopping list .

1、学习单词list,这个单词前面学过,领读几遍.

2、(出示装满物品的包) Who can guess: What are there in my bag?

(学生随意猜测,猜中时及时总结)Yes, I'm going to take ......

3、遇到生词,学生猜不出时,取出相应物品并说I'm going to take shoes.

4、学习单词shoe

T: Look, listen to me carefully. (举一只鞋)shoe, shoe, shoe

(举两只鞋)shoes, shoes, shoes.(出示单词卡片领读,学生跟读)

5、同步骤3、4学习单词ticket、toothbrush

6、学习单词airport

T: I'm going to go there by plane, so first I'm going to go to the airport. (出示幻灯片)Look, this is the airport.

(出示单词)学生跟读。

(设计意图:利用实物学习单词学生印象更深刻,容易理解记忆。)

Step 3 巩固单词

T: Now, please close your eyes and tell me what are there in my bag? Who can answer?

S: 学生回答,如果漏掉请其他同学补充。

(设计意图:充分调动学生积极性和学习的主动性、互动性,巩固新知识。)

Step 4 理解课文

  Daming is going to have a trip. He is going to go to New York. Now, he feels nervous.(出示背景单词 nervous、trip,简单介绍学习)What is Daming going to prepare for his trip ? Let's listen to the tape and look at the text.

1、Listen and underline sentences with "Where What when who"

2、Read the text and answer: (幻灯片出示问题)

Where is Daming going to go?

What is Daming going to take?

When is Daming going to go to the airport?

Who's going to go to the airport?

3、幻灯片出示:

where ---- To the airport

what ---- Clothes, shoes, present, ticket, passport,

toothbrush (随机解释passport)

when ---- At 7 o'clock tomorrow morning

who ---- Daming

T: Read the text again, pay attention to the dialogue between Daming and his grandma.

学生再读课文。

T: Now, you are Daming, your grandma is going to ask you some questions.(播放第二部分录音,学生回答。)

T: Now practice in pairs.

学生练习。

T: Who wants to show in front of our classmates?

学生分角色表演。

(设计意图:学生带着问题听课文录音更容易集中精力。角色扮演能激发学生兴趣,同时培养学生的合作精神。)

Step 5 巩固运用

Listen, look and answer

(幻灯片出示文章)

  This weekend, we are going to go to Qingdao. We are going to go there by plane. We are going to go there at 8 o'clock, and we are going to take shoes, food, ticket, toothbrush and clothes. Ms Wang is going to go with us.

让学生读文章。

(幻灯片出示问题)

Where are you going to go ?

When are you going to go?

What are you going to take?

Who's going to go with you ?

学生逐一回答问题。

(设计意图:通过听读练习巩固学生本节课所学重点,同时锻炼学生的听力和口语。)

Step 6 Homework:询问朋友或家人外出旅游的准备情况。
