[设计意图]：通过师生间亲切的歌曲问候，建立轻松、和谐、民主的课堂气氛，使学生很自然地进入英语学习状态。

　　T：Today,we are going to study English in this big class（教师用手指多媒体大教室）,Are you happy?

　　Ss:Yes!

　　T:Ok!let's play a game. Are you ready?

　　 2、"传卡片"游戏。

　　师生一起拍手传动物卡片，边传边唱"Hello,Hello,what's this? what's this? what's this? Hello,Hello,what's this?"当歌声停止时，拿到卡片的同学立即站起来回答：It's a tiger.

　　[设计意图]：教学热身是英语课堂TPR教学方法的重要形式之一。教师采用歌曲、游戏来缓解学生的紧张情绪，为进一步学习奠定了良好的基础。

　　2、播放课文动画视频，让学生整体感知课文。

　　T: PanPan都参加了哪些体育运动？

　　Ss: 足球、篮球、乒乓球、早操。
