课前预习法、小组合作教学法、任务型教学法、游戏教学法。

本节课主要描述中国过去与现在的不同,对现在的小学生来说,这是一个很感兴趣的话题,针对这一特点,我让同学们课前请爷爷奶奶或者老爷爷老奶奶回忆四五十年代的生活,对课文稍作了解,课上主要运用小组合作教学法、任务型教学法教授课文。为了提高同学们的朗读水平,我采用了分角色读,表演读,小组比赛读等方法,让同学们将所学知识掌握牢固。我让同学们做"画艺展示"游戏,通过有趣的游戏教学,使同学们能够将所学知识加以灵活运用。

教学过程:

1、热身复习

教师热情地和学生打招呼,欢迎学生假期归来,学生之间互相问好。教师可以问学生:"Did you have a good time in your holidays? What did you do in your holidays ? 学生主动跟教师交流,教师可以帮助学生回顾相关的语言知识,例如:一般过去时的用法、常用词汇等,为后面的教学做铺垫。

2、课文导入

热身活动后,教师告诉学生:"In the winner holiday, you had a lot of changes. Now you are older and more clever. 教师边说边把"change"板书在黑板上,告诉学生这就是第一模块的主题,同时也是我们生活中一个永恒的主题:"Everything is changing. No change, no progress."

(出示四五十年代人们生活的照片或图片,也可以放一段过去人们生活的录像) 教师告诉学生:Look. Life was very different many years ago. But how was it different?

3、课文教学

Step1: Check

同学们课前已经向爷爷奶奶了解了过去的生活,找个别同学上台给大家讲解一下。

Step2: Presentation

1).Show some old photos and say: Look, life was very different many years ago .But how was it different? Today, we will learn how to

compare past and present life.

2). Listen to the tape and underline the new words.

3). Teach the new words.

a. Show your new word cards.

b. Correct pronunciation.

c. Practise new words in different kinds of methods.

d. Explain important phrases.
