六、Teaching Procedure(教学过程)

Step1:Warming-up(热身运动)

1、Sing the song

(设计意图:通过唱这首歌复习一些表示颜色的词)

2. Let's chant

T: All eyes on me, please.

Small, small, small, my eyes are small;

Big, big, big, my mouth is big;

New, new, new, my clothes are new;

Old, old, old, my bag is old. (配合动作)

(设计意图:通过说唱歌谣配合教师的夸张动作,调动课堂气氛,复习small, big, old, new的词汇,为新课做准备。)

Step2:新课呈现

1、T: Close your eyes.(拿出一个红色的大气球)Look! What's this ? What color is it? Can you talk something about it?

Ss: It's a balloon. It's red. It's...

T: Yes. It's big and light. 引出课题并板书,教授单词light。

【设计意图】用漂亮的红气球吸引学生的注意,激发学习兴趣。

2、创设情境呈现单词:

(1)教授单词"broken" 、"pocket"

T:We have got a big balloon. Now let's look.(教师弄破气球问:what happened? )学生回答气球破了,教师出示单词:"broken" 顺势把破气球装在口袋里,问: Where is my broken balloon? 指着口袋教学单词"pocket"。

(2)教授单词"heavy"

T: (出示英语书和英语字典)Look ,I have got two books.(引导学生说) 这本英语书很薄而这本字典却很厚.从重量上来讲This English book is .... This dictionary is .... Yes it's heavy. 板书heavy.

T:现在我来拿拿这两本书,看看你有什么感想?引出easy hard

【设计意图】用实物形象直观,学生更容易理解新单词,TPR教学方法能给学生真实语境学习英语,轻快的歌谣能巩固新单词和句子。

Chant:

Boys and girls, let's have a chant .

Light, light, light, the book is light.

Heavy, heavy, heavy, the dictionary is heavy.

Broken, broken, broken, the ballon is broken.

Pocket, pocket, pocket, I have some pockets.
